Nervous Breakdown!!

I JUST HAD to get out my new Stampin’ Up DSP and make some cards–I am SOOOO tired of making wedding things!  I am about to lose my mind!  I finally had an hour to myself where I was able to get out some of my new paper, die cut blooms, rub-ons, twill ribbon, and make me some cards!! ~*~*~*~I am SOOOOO EXCITED!!! ~*~*~* Can you tell??  I also started a new blog for teachers and am super excited about already being up to 600 hits in 2 days!  You can visit my other blog here: Kristen’s Kindergarten!.

Oh, and I also made a super cute photo holder out of a binder clip too!  I had to use my scraps of course!  I see a trip to my binder clip drawer at school in the very near future!

Hip to be Square

This is one of those rare sets of OSW that I make and am not to sure about! I can’t decide if I like it or not. It looked great when I was picking out the papers, but once I cut it up…I just don’t know! What do you think? The square paper is from American Crafts, the green is Certainly Celery and purple is Lavender Lace (??) from SU. The pink is from a pack I bought at Michael’s.

Fruit Stripe Gum

Remember that gum that they used to make?  It was white (if you want to call it that) and had different stripes of flavor down the middle and sides?  That’s what this paper reminded me of!  Okay, so I grew up in the 80’s and remember things like that!  Anyway–they are up for sale, maybe they will bring back that memory to someone else too!

These cards were made using a new OSW template that I haven’t used for awhile, and some DSP from The Glitter Spring Stack from DCWV–I think I have every stack they’ve made so far!!  What will I ever do with all that paper??  Make CARDS!!!  Enjoy!  For Sale!

Spring-y Cards

Sorry for the delay in posting–I’ve been super busy with school, and creating record shaped note cards and a scrapbook for my schools’ Rock and Roll Auction that was held last night. I’ll post pictures of those as soon as I can.

Here are some Spring-y cards I created a few weeks ago, using my Cricut, some new American Crafts Ric-Rac ribbon, and Making Memories rub-ons!! I love rub-ons!! I also used my new Cuttlebug Embossing Folders–so much fun!! Enjoy! They are all up for sale.

Valentine’s Day with flowers

Rub-On!!

Oh, how I just love rub-ons!  This little red flower is one of my faves.  I put a few rhinestones in the middle of the flowers to add that Valentine’s day sparkle

Scalloped Valentine

I just love how you can take the guard off of the corner rounder punch and use it to make scalloped edges.  I get asked A LOT where I got my large scallop edge scissors-when I find some I’ll let you know!  It’s as easy as using a paper punch!

Ribbon Valentine

I wasn’t sure about this one!

I wasn’t sure how I would like a card with this many patterns going on, but I have to say it’s one of my most favorite cards I’ve ever made.  I was going for sort of a boho, vintage look by using all these different patterns.  What do you think?
